Couple’s Therapy
In couples therapy, I work to increase a couple’s connectedness by identifying critical areas through the Gottman Relationship Checkup (c) assessment and addressing these critical areas to improve communication, and conflict resolution, and move past gridlocked situations. Couples will learn how to communicate more effectively in a safe environment.
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, I address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Individual therapy is not limited to pathologies but is also a venue for people to work through some of life’s stressors.
Sex Therapy
I work with individuals and couples to help navigate sexual issues in a nonjudgemental atmosphere. Not only do we explore some of the physical aspects that may create sexual issues, but we also explore psychological factors. In sex therapy, we explore topics related to; gender identity, sexual orientation, erectile dysfunction, libido and orgasm gaps between partners, and education on how to increase sexual pleasure.
The goal is to provide a sex-positive environment that promotes health, wellness, safety, and permission
Sex Therapy Consultation for Professionals
As professionals, the topic of sex is a difficult conversation to have. We may not be skilled at talking about sex, we may have complex cases that may need another pair of eyes, or we may need support. I provide consultations for professionals in the areas of sex therapy. These areas include; gender issues, sexual functioning, consensual non-monogamy, libido issues, and desire issues. My approach to consultation is to help other professionals to navigate the complex arena of sex in an objective, research-based, and sex-positive manner.
Rates for Consultation:
Individual for 1 hour: $100
Group Consultation: $50 per individual per hour
Corporate Consultation: $150 per hour
