Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in whole or in part. Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit the number of sessions I can have per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician to have services covered?

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please call within 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. For a no-call no-show, I charge my full fee. For late cancellations, I charge half of my fee. *Note: these fees are not billable to the insurance*
